There’s no better way to fall in love with Europe than our showstopper: The Euro Trip. Hop on the coach and embark on an 8-day adventure through 3 countries and 4 cities!
Explore the famous canals in Amsterdam whilst enjoying a Stroopwaffle or head to a museum and marvel at Van Gogh’s most famous pieces of art or pieces of Dutch history. Immerse yourself in Belgium culture in the cobbled streets of Bruges and historic city of Brussels. Make sure to taste authentic Belgium chocolate before you leave! Finally, we will head to Paris, where you should feast on croissants and baguettes whilst sat beneath the Eiffel Tower.
This is the perfect trip for travellers who simply can’t get enough.
We begin our trip with a coach pick-up from the pick-up point. Our Trip Leaders will ensure that everyone has arrived and is ready to depart.
We will make our way down to Dover for our ferry crossing over to Calais.
We will arrive in Amsterdam in the morning, where you will be able to drop off your bags before heading out to grab some lunch and explore the city.
In the afternoon, your Trip Leaders will help get you checked into the hostel.
You will have free time for the rest of the day!
We’ll arrange a private guided tour of the city so you can uncover Amsterdam’s hidden gems, historic neighbourhoods, and cultural highlights.

Stroll through the charming Jordaan district, known for its narrow streets, boutique shops, and art galleries.
Explore the UNESCO-listed Canal Ring, learning the stories behind Amsterdam’s iconic waterways.
Visit the bustling Albert Cuyp Market for a taste of local Dutch treats like stroopwafels and herring.
Step inside the Begijnhof, a hidden courtyard offering a peaceful escape in the city centre.
Admire world-class art at the Rijksmuseum or Van Gogh Museum.
Discover the trendy De Negen Straatjes (Nine Streets), perfect for unique shopping and café hopping.
It’s an early start, as we head towards Belgium, arriving shortly after in Bruges.
Bruges is sometimes called the Venice of the North, with its romantic canals, cobblestone streets, and beautifully preserved medieval architecture.
We have another private guided tour arranged to give you insight into the history of the fairytale-like town before you’ll have your own chance to explore.
We will head to Brussels with enough time to check in and relax in the evening.
On our first day in Brussels, we will begin a guided walking tour to explore the city’s historic centre, including the breathtaking Grand Place, the charming medieval streets, and some of Brussels’ most iconic landmarks such as Manneken Pis and the Royal Galleries of Saint-Hubert.
Free time for the rest of the day/evening, here are some recommendations:
Visit the Magritte Museum or the Museum of Fine Arts for a dose of culture
Indulge in Belgian chocolates and waffles at one of the city’s famous shops
Relax with a local beer tasting in a traditional pub or modern brewery
Wander through the Parc de Bruxelles and enjoy its peaceful greenery
Shop in the stylish Sablon district, known for antiques and artisanal boutiques
In the morning, we will begin our journey to Paris. Once we arrive, you will be able to drop your bags with enough time to explore the city before checking in.
After checking in, you will have free time for the rest of the day and evening, here are some recommendations:
Explore the charming streets of the Latin Quarter or Montmartre
Stop at a café terrace to enjoy coffee, pastries, or a glass of French wine
Take an evening cruise on the Seine to see Paris illuminated at night
Its our final guided tour, where you’ll see what millions of people from all over the world visit Paris for. The city has a timeless familiarity for first-time and frequent visitors, with instantly recognisable architectural icons, along with exquisite cuisine, chic boutiques and priceless artistic treasures.
You will get free time after the guided tour in order to explore the rest of this fantastic city further.
Here are some further recommendations:
Stroll along the Champs-Élysées and take in the view of the Arc de Triomphe
Visit the Louvre Museum or admire the glass pyramid in the courtyard
Relax with a walk through the Tuileries Gardens or along the Seine River
Although it will feel like its flown by, its time to end our trip as we hop on the coach and ferry back across the channel

You will have free time on your trip to spend and explore how you wish! We may include recommendations on the trip page or in the itinerary, but these are merely suggestions and you are under no obligation to follow them.
If you are out and about, we strongly encourage you to explore with other members of your group and keep the trip leader up-to-date with your plans.
Travel insurance is not included as standard in our ticket costs unless specified in the trip inclusions of your trip page. You MUST have valid travel insurance for your trip and medical coverage in the instance of an accident.

The Currency used in the destinations is the Euro.
Having some cash is always useful on your trip, but not essential (unless there is city tax required – see ‘Other Costs’ in FAQs). The majority of establishments will accept card payments. Digital Bank cards such as Monzo, Revolut or Starling are particularly useful as they have low currency exchange charges.
While there is no luggage limit when travelling via coach, we ask that participants keep to one large suitcase and one item of hand luggage each.
City tax is not included in your trip ticket and is payable via card once you meet your Trip Leader.
If you have purchased add-ons, You will be provided the necessary information and your ticket prior to arrival at your destination. If for any reason the activity gets cancelled, or is unable to run, you will receive a full refund of the add-on within 14 days of being notified.
We require full passport details at least 4 weeks before the date of departure. You can add your passport details by logging in and following this link https://unilifeuk.com/passport-details/
We require all passports to have a minimum of 6 months validity from the date of travel. Please check your passport validity before you purchase a ticket. If you do require a new passport, this generally takes 6-8 weeks. However, fast-track services are available. Please ensure that you apply for a new passport in a timely manner to prevent any delays or disruption to your travel.
Your rooming preferences are recorded via the passport information section of your account. Please ensure you fill this out as soon as possible. We try our best to accommodate all requests, however are unable to in some cases.
We will always prioritise single-gender rooming requests over other preferences, and will release these to the group shortly prior to departure.
Unfortunately, we can’t provide refunds of the trip deposit. However, If you can no longer attend the trip, it may be possible to sell your ticket to another participant, subject to the Airline or Ferry name change fees. Generally, this is £50 each way (£100 total for a return flight).
You can do this by contacting support@unilifeuk.com with your name, the trip you are travelling on, and full name, e-mail and phone number of the person taking your ticket. If you are struggling to find someone, we would suggest asking your committee first.
If you are an international student, you may require a visa to travel with us. This is the participants’ responsibility and UniLife will not be held responsible or liable in any way in the instance that participants cannot travel because they do have the relevant visa required.
