What happens if something goes wrong
Flight-inclusive trips are ATOL protected under licence 12149, and we are an ABTA member, Y6763, so the money parents pay is protected. Every group travels with our 24/7 on-tour line and a named person who knows the booking.

You are new to schools. Why should I trust you with mine?
We are new to the schools market, not to group travel. UniLife has taken more than 325 university and society groups abroad since 2018, to the same cities, with the same suppliers. Ask us for references and we will put you in touch with organisers.
What do I get before I commit to anything?
A draft itinerary for your subject, a per-pupil price with the inclusions spelled out, and the safeguarding and financial protection documents your EVC will want to see. All before a deposit.
Who will I actually be dealing with?
One named account manager, from the first reply to the day you get back. Their direct number is on every email.
Can you work to a budget per pupil?
Tell us the figure and we will build the trip to it, and be honest if it cannot be done well at that price.
