UniLife Schools

How It Works.

From your first message to the return coach home, here is exactly what happens and who does what.

The journey, step by step

Most trip organisers are doing this alongside a full teaching load. The whole process is built around that reality: quick to start, light on your admin, and handled by one named person who knows your school.

1

Tell us about your trip

Destination ideas, subject focus, rough dates and group size. That is all we need to get started, and it takes about two minutes through the quote form. If you are not sure where to go, tell us the subject and the budget per student and we will suggest options.

2

Get your quote

A named Account Manager builds a bespoke itinerary and price for your school. Not a template with your school name pasted in: an itinerary built around your curriculum, your dates and your budget. Quotes are like-for-like comparable with the big operators, and typically up to 30% cheaper.

3

Get it approved

This is where most trips stall, so it is where we do the most work. We provide the financial protection certificates, risk assessment support and documentation your EVC, headteacher and governors need. If a governors' meeting wants something specific, ask your Account Manager and we will produce it.

4

Payments across the year

A low deposit confirms the trip. The balance is spread across the academic year in instalments that work for your families, so the trip is affordable for more students and you are not chasing payments against an unrealistic deadline.

5

We handle everything, you show up

Transport, accommodation, activities and documentation are all arranged before you travel, with a 24 hour emergency line while you are away. You and your students just show up and enjoy it.
