Every school trip has to get past an EVC, a headteacher and often a governing body before a single student signs up. We know what they ask for, because we provide it on every trip we run. Here is what comes as standard when you travel with UniLife Schools.
Every trip is ATOL protected (12149) and ABTA protected (Y6763). If anything happens to us or to a supplier, your school's money and your students' trip are protected. Certificates are available for your records and your governors' paperwork.
Full risk assessment support for every element of your itinerary: destination, accommodation, transport and activities. We provide documentation in a format you can drop straight into your school's own EVC process, whatever system your school uses.
Trip staff are briefed on safeguarding before every departure, with a clear code of conduct on tour and defined escalation routes. We work to your school's staff ratio requirements, including for students under 16.
You have one named Account Manager before you travel and a 24 hour emergency line while you are away. If something changes mid-trip, from a delayed flight to a poorly student, there is always someone on the end of the phone.
