Every club we speak to is fundraising for something, and tour is usually the biggest cost of the year. Sponsorship is agreed with you before anyone books, so you know exactly what you're getting and where it's going.
A match against a local side
Tell us the sport and the standard. We find the opposition and the pitch, and build the tour around match day. Serious game or friendly and a social after, your call.

If you book flights and a hotel and sell them on to squad, the law can treat you as a package organiser. Most tour secs have never heard of the Package Travel Regulations, and we don't blame them.
You are the tour operator
Forty people's money through one student's account. If the airline folds, the hotel double-books, a flight moves or someone ends up in A&E on night two, the person who collected the money is the one everyone turns to. No ATOL, no ABTA, no 2am phone line, no cover.
We are the tour operator
ATOL 12149 and ABTA Y6763. Your squad pay us, not you. If something goes wrong on the way out, during or on the way back, the risk and the phone calls sit with us and our trip leader. The "what time's the flight" messages come to our support team, not your DMs. You go as a player, not as the person responsible.

Questions clubs ask us
Does it cost the club anything?
No. The quote is free, there's nothing to pay to set the tour up, and every player pays us directly for their own place. The club never holds the money. Sponsorship is agreed with you before anyone books.
Can you sort a fixture?
Yes. Tell us the sport and the standard and we'll find a local side and a pitch, and build the tour around the match day. Some clubs want a serious game, some want a friendly and a social afterwards. Either works.
What's the £500 for?
Whatever the club needs it for. Most put it against the tour itself so the price per head comes down, some put it towards kit or the end of tour social. It's agreed before anyone books, so you know what you're getting.
How do payments work for the squad?
Each player pays a deposit on the tour page to hold their place and the balance by a date before departure, all to UniLife. We send the reminders and chase anyone late, so the tour sec doesn't have to.
What does the trip leader actually do?
Travels with you, knows the resort and the hotel, runs the group bits, and is the person awake at 2am if something happens. They're not there to supervise, they're there so nobody on the committee has to be.
What if someone gets hurt on tour?
The call goes to our trip leader and our 24/7 line, not to the tour sec. We deal with the hospital, the hotel and the airline. We recommend every player has travel insurance, and we'll tell you how to get it before you go.
