Lloret de Mar is a beautiful Spanish coastal town, just north of Barcelona. Not only does it offer endless stretches of sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters, but also a vibrant nightlife theme that offers something for everyone!

Spend the day relaxing on the beach, or, if you prefer some adventure, hire paddleboards or boats to get out on the water. If you fancy some adrenaline, head to the nearby waterpark to have a day full of waterslides and pools in the sunshine!

Take time to enjoy authentic Spanish tapas and Sangria!

Itinerary

  • You’ll meet with your UniLife Trip Leaders at your chosen pick-up destination and head to the airport to catch your flight!
  • Once landed at Barcelona Airport, proceed through passport control and hop on your airport transfers to the accommodation.
  • Our Trip Leaders will get you checked in and settled so you can make the most of your first evening in Lloret de Mar. We have plenty of recommendations from our many trips here, which we’ll share on the group chat so you can start getting to know the city!

A day of free time to explore the city how you like! Here are some recommendations:

  • Head to one of Lloret de Mar’s beautiful sandy beaches. Playa de Lloret is the main beach of the town and you can spend the day here relaxing in the sun and swimming in the crystal-clear waters.
  • Have lunch at a beachside restaurant or beach shack.
  • Spend the afternoon hiking along the coastal paths or exploring  the variety of shops and boutiques on offer.

In the evening meet your Trip Leaders for an Bar Crawl visiting Lloret de Mar’s hotspots!

You will get to enjoy a full day of free time today!

  • Use this opportunity to go on many water slides and swim in some of the numerous pools at the nearby waterpark!
  • Alternatively, head on a day trip to Barcelona to view the famous sights, such as la Sagrada Familia and Park Güell.
  • Enjoy delicious cuisine at a local restaurant or café
  • Finish off the day by heading to the beach to watch a beautiful sunset.
  • We’ll check out of the hostel and put your bags in luggage storage.
  • You’ll have a final chance to explore and see any sights you might have missed!
  • After meeting back at the accommodation, you’ll hop on your transfers back to the airport and board your flight back the UK.
  • Once back, we’ll proceed through to the arrivals area, making the end of the trip. Until next time!
