Duration: 7 days
Pack your appetite! We’re taking you on a whistle-stop sprint through Italy’s greatest hits. Milan → Naples → Rome… all in one trip. Start in Milan, Italy’s chic capital of fashion, espresso, and “I should not be this obsessed with a shopping mall.”
Next Stop, Rome: the big one. The Eternal City. A living museum where you can toss a coin into the Trevi Fountain, wander through the Pantheon, climb the Spanish Steps, and then casually step inside the Colosseum.
Finally: Naples. The chaotic, charming, pizza-fuelled heart of the south. Explore ancient streets, visit the local markets, stroll the waterfront at sunset, and take a step back in time at Herculaneum. Oh, and yes… the pizza really is that good.
Three cities. Six nights. Infinite pasta.
You in? 🍝✨
Please note, this trip is currently Unconfirmed pending minimum numbers. Please do not book any flights until you receive our e-mail confirmation. UniLife will not be held responsible for any flight booked by participants on a pending trip.
Please note, this is a sample itinerary. No activities are included unless specified in the ‘What’s Included’ section.
Welcome to Milan! Where the streets are stylish, the coffee is elite, and even the air feels a bit more Italian.
Welcome to Italy baby!! 🇮🇹✨🍕
Rise and shine! Today you’re swapping city buzz for full-blown postcard views. Start your morning the Italian way: a quick espresso, maybe a cheeky pastry, and then we’re off to Lake Como.
Lake Como will treat you right… trust us. 🇮🇹💙🌊
We’ll start our day with a slow wander through Parco Sempione, Milan’s green escape and the perfect spot to start your day.
Once we arrive in Rome, we’ll head to the accommodation and check in. Your Trip Leader will get everyone settled and drop their top picks for dinner, gelato, rooftop views, and evening strolls.
Want to wander the neighbourhood? Chase sunset at a piazza? Dive straight into Roman pasta? It’s all waiting for you.
It’s a day that starts with ancient ruins… and ends in the Eternal City. Not bad for a (day).
Today we’re dialing up the history, and trust us, even if you think you’re not a history person, Colosseum will prove you wrong.
Today is all about ticking off the big Roman bucket-list moments.
Rome did you right… but Naples is about to raise the bar. 🍕🌅🔥
It’s your first full day in Naples, and trust us, this city knows how to show you a good time. After grabbing a lazy morning espresso (because when in Italy…), the day is totally dedicated to explore at our own pace.
As the sun sets on your final night in Naples, this is your moment to soak in the city one last time. You can follow your Trip Leader to one of their favourite local spots for a farewell dinner (think wood-fired pizza, cheap wine, and that cosy, lively Naples energy that makes you want to refuse your flight home).
Or maybe you’d rather grab a gelato and wander the waterfront as the sky goes pink over the Bay of Naples. Castel dell’Ovo at golden hour? Stunning. A slow stroll through the Spanish Quarter? Perfect vibes.
However you spend it, make it count — it’s your last night in Napoli, and this city always knows how to send you off in style.
Whatever you choose, make it count!
It’s the morning nobody really wants… check-out day. Grab breakfast, zip up your bag, and take one last look at the city that’s been your home for the past week.
Your Trip Leader will be around for goodbyes, last-minute tips, and any “how do I get to the station/airport?” questions.
After that? You’re free to continue your adventure or make your way home at your own pace.
One week, three cities, endless memories.
What. A. Trip. 🌍✨
You’ll be staying in top-rated hostels, booked just for our group. They’re comfy and the perfect place to crash after a big day of exploring Italy!
Step straight into an Italian postcard. Your day at Lake Como includes a trip to Varenna! Wander the lakeside, grab a gelato, and live your best boujee life (for student prices).
Herculaneum is insanely well-preserved, and exploring it feels like stepping into a time capsule. Perfect for history lovers and photo lovers.
You’ll roam the ancient arena and soak up 2,000 years of Roman history. It’s one of the world’s biggest bucket list items… and it’s included.
Espresso in a sunny piazza? Drooling over fresh cannoli? Getting lost down cobbled alleys? Shopping, strolling, eating, repeating? There’s loads of free time built in, so you can shape your own mini-adventures in each city.
We’ve “researched” (aka: eaten, walked, and snacked) our way through Milan, Naples, and Rome so you don’t have to. Your Trip Leader will drop the best food spots, cafés, bars, gelaterias, viewpoints, and hidden gems straight into the group chat.
Think of them as your guide, problem-solver, and best mate all in one. They’re a friendly face who gets everyone talking, laughing, and making memories, all while keeping the trip on track.

Thank you to maia for the excellent organisation on the trip
Would highly recommend using uni life, our trip lead was Dominika and not only did she take care of us and make sure that everything went well, but she was also one of the most fun people we could have every hoped for in a trip leader. Whenever she joined in activity it just made it better and by the end of the trip it felt like she was already a massive part of our society and we will definitely be requesting her again on future trips. If you wanna have fun and enjoy a trip with out the stress of organising an entire group chose uni life and request Dominika.
