Itinerary

  • We begin our trip with a coach pick-up from the pick-up point. Our Trip Leaders will ensure that everyone has arrived and is ready to depart.
  • We will check into our accommodation upon arrival.
  • Free time for the rest of the evening.

Today we recommend familiarising yourself with the city by strolling through York’s historic streets, such as Stonegate and Petergate, known for their character and historic significance.

 

We will begin today with a guided walking tour where we will have the chance to explore the historic streets and iconic landmarks of York.

Following this, you will have free time for the rest of the day.

Here are some suggestions:

  • Explore The Shambles, a picturesque and narrow medieval street lined with timber-framed buildings, unique shops, and charming cafes.
  • Walk along the well-preserved York City Walls, which encircle the city’s historic core. This leisurely stroll offers panoramic views of the city and its landmarks.

Your Trip Leader may organise a group meal or drinks this evening to get to know everyone a bit better!

This morning we will check out of our accommodation and hop on the coach to head home.

Drop off will be the same as the pick-up location.
