Experience the Pinnacle of British heritage with our trip to Bath & Stonehenge. The city of Bath and the Stonehenge are two of the few World Heritage sites in the UK. Stonehenge is a unique prehistoric monument, at the centre of an extraordinary archaeological landscape so rich and varied that it was designated a World Heritage Site in 1986.

Itinerary

We’ll start our journey with a private executive transport to Stonehenge. Our friendly Trip Leaders will ensure all participants are safe and ready for the weekend.
We’ll be making our first stop at the world-famous Stonehenge site. Upon entry, you’ll have an audio guide of the site and learn more about the mystery behind it.
Following this, we’ll be taking a trip to the medieval city of Salsbury. Here, you’ll be able to check out the famous Salisbury Cathedral and the beautiful views. You’ll start to understand why Salisbury was named as one of the top 10 cities to visit.
We’ll then be making our way to our final destination of Bath, where your accommodation will be ready for you. You can spend the evening exploring the beautiful streets of Bath

Grab some breakfast, and we’ll be heading out to explore the City of Bath.
We’ll make a stop at the famous Roman baths. Set alongside a temple dedicated to the healing goddess Sulis-Minerva, the baths now form one of the world’s best-preserved ancient Roman spas and are encircled by 18th- and 19th-century buildings
You’ll then have plenty of time to explore the beauty of Bath before you return home.

You will have free time on your trip to spend and explore how you wish! We may include recommendations on the trip page or in the itinerary, but these are merely suggestions and you are under no obligation to follow them.

If you are out and about, we strongly encourage you to explore with other members of your group and keep the trip leader up-to-date with your plans.

All our trips are fully risk-assessed and our suppliers adhere to our health and safety standards. Please note that, unless an aspect of the trip is explicitly mentioned in the ‘What’s Included’ section of your trip page, it does not fall under our health and safety policy and therefore participants partake in any additional activities at their own risk.

We ask participants to be mindful of their own safety and to inform their trip leader of anything that they feel could be a potential hazard or concern.

Travel insurance is not included as standard in our ticket costs unless specified in the trip inclusions of your trip page. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance for your trip to avoid additional costs in the instance of an accident. If you are a UK citizen, you will already have coverage from the NHS and therefore do not require medical insurance.

You can purchase travel insurance as an add on during the checkout process. We use Endsleigh Insurance to provide insurance. More information can be found here – https://unilifeuk.com/advice/travel-insurance/

If you have purchased add-ons, You will be provided the necessary information and your ticket prior to arrival at your destination. If for any reason the activity gets cancelled, or is unable to run, you will receive a full refund of the add-on within 14 days of being notified.

Unfortunately, we can’t provide refunds for the trip deposit. However, If you can no longer attend the trip, it may be possible to sell your ticket to another participant.

You can do this by contacting support@unilifeuk.com with your name, the trip you are travelling on, and full name, e-mail and phone number of the person taking your ticket. If you are struggling to find someone, we would suggest asking your committee first.
