When do I pay the rest?

By the date in your account. You can pay in parts any time before then. Miss it and we can cancel the booking, so if you're going to be late, email us before the date.

Do this

  1. Log in and open the trip. The balance step shows what's owed and the date.
  2. Pay by card. Any amount up to the balance. A parent can use their card; keep the booking in your name.

Bank transfer

Only by prior agreement, usually a group leader paying for several people, with the order number as reference. Never pay another student for a place; use Transfer my place.

Discount codes

Applied at checkout only. We check codes are used by the people they were issued to.
