How do I get my visa letter?

Checked against the consulate checklists on 7 October 2026

It's in your account under Visa letter as soon as your deposit is paid. It has your name, dates, hostels, transport and a reference the consulate can check. No need to email us.

Do this

  1. Log in and open the trip. If the trip issues letters you will see a Visa letter step.
  2. Add anything it says is missing. Usually your date of birth. Passport details are optional but some consulates like to see the number.
  3. Open the letter and save it as a PDF from your browser's print screen. Print it for the appointment.

Typed nameNo scanned signature, on purpose. The reference number is what consulates verify.

More detail

What’s in it

Our letterhead with company, ATOL and ABTA details. Your full name, date of birth and passport number if added. The trip dates and nights. Each journey with date, route and carrier. Each hostel with its address. The day-by-day itinerary. Confirmation you’ve booked and paid a deposit. A reference number a consulate can email us to verify.

It doesn’t replace your own documents: bank statements, university letter and insurance are still on you.

Some journey times are blank

We only print a time once the supplier has confirmed it. Consulates accept dates and routes.

My trip doesn’t show a Visa letter step

Either it’s a UK trip, or we haven’t switched letters on for it yet. Email us the trip name and order number.
